All meetings will take place in the PGA Ballroom. Refer to resort map for precise location.
Appointments will start promptly as stated on your schedule, so please check your meeting schedule in advance and be punctual.
You will be able to collect your FINALIZED meeting schedule after Monday’s Networking Breakfast. Supplier schedules will be located on each designated table in the Ballroom and Buyer schedules will be available for pickup at the Hospitality Desk.
All delegates will be given color- designated badges and lanyards upon arrival. These will enable you to distinguish between buyers and suppliers and will be used as your pass for each function, so please be sure to wear your badge throughout the entire event including all receptions and activities.
Free Wi-Fi for all Sibec Americas guests is available throughout the meeting area.
Networking and Free Time
The breakfasts, lunches and dinners are an integral part of the program and all Sibec delegates are requested to attend all functions. Refer to your agenda for scheduled activities and designated free time.

Checkouts and Transfers to Airport
Please refer to the Departure Board that will be posted by the Hospitality Desk at lunchtime on Tuesday.
• We recommend that you review your tickets beforehand to make sure there is nothing amiss.
• Please make sure you settle any additional charges to your room and ensure to arrive on time for your scheduled transfer.
• Hotel check-out is 11:00 am. Please ensure that your luggage is loaded onto your transfer vehicle upon departure as we will not be held responsible for any missing or lost luggage.
